8. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you. Upon termination, your license to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our Services and providing written notice to us. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and indicating the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
